What year toyota taillights do I need to replace my tails in my 2002 cavi???

You can use either the 96-99 or the 2000 style. There are a few pairs of the 95-99 style on e-bay right now for a fairly cheap price. You can also get through www.gmpartsdirect.com. Here are the part #s:

96-99 Part numbers:
L outer: 22626395
R outer: 22626394
L inner: 22622101
R inner: 22622100

'00 Part numbers:
L outer: 22628443
R outer: 22628442
L inner: 22602879
R inner: 22602878

On a yellow car i think the 2000 looks better 95-99 looks good on red, black, blue

i cant find that white wire in the steering column

It's in the gray harness on top of the steering column that says c.c. on it. You'll probably have to pull the wires up a bit to even see it. If you need any pics just see this post that was made a few months ago.
