You should be able to just run a wire from your turn signal bulb to the led's on the mirror. As for the universal mirrors, yes.

Do I really need a signature?

^^^ is this how most people do it? if you wire it to the turn signals the lights will be on all the time when i turn my headlights on, is that how they are supposed to be(on all the time or only when i use the blinker)?

thanks

they are only supposed to be on when you use your blinker i have mine running from my corner lights and i shaved mine but when i turn my head lights on they don't flash but when they are off they will flash. i was told you have to run a relay or a transistor or something like that i cant remember but if anyone knows how to run them properly and work all the time please let me know. thanx

There should be 3 wires going to your turn signal socket. 1 for your parking lights (on when parking lights should be on), 1 for turn signal (on/off when turn signal activated) and one for ground. You should be able to just tap into the power wire that goes to the turn signal (multimeter/test light will help determine which is which) and that should solve the problem. I think it is brown for park and yellow/lt blue (left/right respectively) for turn.

Could be wrong on the colors though...
