what would i use to make a 2000 bumper fit a 98 cavy headlights (its for my friend) WE already have the 2000 bumper also . would the older bumper underlight part if i cut it out
be weldable to the other bumper (plastic melting togheter) and using fusor to smooth out the "top part"

alright go head and try it, it might come out ok but it would be much easier if you were doing it the other way around (95-99 on a 00-02). im sure fusor 147 makes something to adhere to stock plastic parts.

you would have to fill in the gap from the bottom of the headlights to the top of the bumper .. keep in mind the 00-02 headlights are a bit bigger ... and come down more on the bumpes ..
