i have a 98 z24 and im thinkin on converting the rear end(bumper and stuff) to a 2004-2005 style...has anyone tried this? is there alot of customizing to be done? do i have to change my quarter panels?? and does anyone know where i can get the rear end off 1 for cheap? color doesnt matter

Bumper is a direct swap (you may need the crush guard from the 03+) but you will have to remove the plastic pieces under your outer tails (just look, you'll know what I'm talking about). The trunk, if you want it, is a direct swap. Basicly every third gen jbody's parts are interchangable. If you have more questions, consult your search button.
