I called the dealership to get a replacement part but they couldn't figure out what it's called.
Anyone know the name or part number for this?
it is the bracket that you bolt the fender to in front of the door.
(05 cavalier 4door)
it might look straight, but I had to beat the hell out of it with a hammer to get it looking right.
If I can figure out the name/part number I can save a drive to the dealership.

It should have the part number on it somewere. I think all parts do.
there was only a 3 digit number stamped on it, thought the part number would be longer than that, the dealer didn't find anything with it. I kinda got a feeling that the guy at the parts counter was high or something though.

I called about a fender bracket, came up with the "T" shaped part at the front of the fender. this is just weird, I thought the dealers had the fly apart diagrams of the cars with all the parts.

GM service manual calls it a "fender center bracket"
havent found a model # yet
hopefuly that should be enough if you can't find the part number, I'll give em a call tomorrow or Monday.
