I recentlly noticed my pait bubbling just in front of my passenger side rear tire. What do I do to fix this? Also, is it possible to pait it and have it match w/o repainting a large section? BTW, the bubbles are in a 2" x 5" area so I don't need to do much.
is it just paint bubbles or is it rust?
yeah... rust or just bubbling? if its just surface rust (bubbling paint) you should be able to sand it down and then prime and paint it. if its eaten through the metal, then you'll have to cut the rust out of the car and weld in a new piece.

Sorry...just surface rust
surface rust has to be ground down to make sure its all gone or else it will come back. once you grind it all off, you can repaint
