Does anyone make taillight covers for a 98 Sunfire??? I found some headlight covers but cant find any tailight
I cant find any on ebay. I'll check out that site and i want to be able to remove them at night so paintin them is out of the question.
Thanks «§|„t|„ TwĄzTĄĐ»...I was just looking for them to match the headlight blackouts, unfortunatelly there is nothing for the Sunfire.
Spray paint em with VHT paint....light still shows through perfectly fine.
you could even get creative and have shapes cut from vinyl, and paint ,peel, and clear.
( just make sure its machine cut and not by hand ) you could get a Toyota tails look even, skys the limit.
Toyota tails? I'm new to j-bodies so explain that to me. Does anyone have pics of the tails painted with the lights on them off?

whats wrong with cutting them out by hand. thats what i did and the only way you can it i did it that way is if your like a foot or closer to them and looking for that. oh and i painted my 95-99 stockers to be imitation toyo tails.

^^^^ Sorry but i didn't understand anyof that
he was talking about having getting machine cut vinyls to put over the areas you don't want painted. all i was saying was why do they have to be machine cut. i did mine by hand with automotive masking tape instead of vinyl and mine turned out really good. the only way you can't tell that they aren't machine cut is if you get like a foot away from them and really look at it. here's a pic of mine:
