first, with the pics...
Up up and... well no away but it's easier to work on...
Off with the old..
Always gotta trim that crush guard...
a little off.... the little drill dimples would of made the licence plate slanted lol
All on... kinda..
Wide Butt... I drilled the holes of the kit like they were on the stock one, made the rear flare VERY wide at the bottom... oops
butt I fixed it
Now it's done...
No mo BOW
And more parts.. for the garage
OK... for the question... I know I can get the little wave out of it. It should either heat up and form better or I can secure it to the crush guard... But is this gap normal?

not bad, now take it off and get it painted
Nice, but is it a rental? I see the 'e' after cavalier.
lol, it was originaly a rental before someone wrecked it. I got it as a salvage title with 7,200 miles on it. The entire car is going to get painted black the begining of Oct. I'm still waiting on White Boy for the headlights so I can line the front up right.
so the gap should be ok?

Ah, the infamous Type J rear wave, it has been so gratiously bestowed upon my rear as well, still haven't quite fixed mine all the way. Keep up the good work.

just cut the hell out of it with a sawz-all and sit it back on. mine wasn't held on by any bolts or scres so I just let the rear bumper hold it in place. One thing I found when cutting with the sawz-all.. once you get it warmed up, it will melt thru the cuush guard.. but if you don't keep pulling the pieces apart they will melt back together lol. having to cut the same piece twice sucks, but it helped when I accidentaly cut off too much and had to melt the piece back on.

To get rid of the wave you have to make the rear flare out alittle more that what you have it behind the wheels. You put it to far in, which is probably bending the urathane in, which is causeing the wave at the top of the bumper. I belive that should be the problem...
If you would like a pic, email me and ill send you one!!!
