You could run some wires so that way if your battery would die, you could hook them up to jumper cables and jump it. I think that's what i'm going to do with my setup. You could also rig up a wire to pull your hood open incase of said situation. I think i'm going to do the wires personally; I don't want anyone being able to find the cable to lift my hood.

even if your battery is dead, there is sitll enough power to pop the doors. the poppers dont draw that much power.

Not necessarily, bagged. Mine went dead one time and I had to use the key to get in.

S_Charged, just leave the trunk hole open and you can still get in that way. It won't be that easy (or fun) but you can get in the car, and it should not happen very often if you are careful about not leaving lights on, etc.

I plan to cover my trunk hole with a CF cover, but I can still get it off if I have to in an emergency.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Or you can just make your hood open from the outside like I did. That way you can get to your battery without having to open the door to open the hood.

What he said. You can get one of those emergengy hidden hood releases. You put them somewhere by a fender well or something. Then just pop the hood and jump the battery.

Yeah, the emergency cable is if your battery is totally dead. It's nice to have that extra piece of mind. Did you get your solenoids or anything yet?

you can open your hood from under the car, or just run the jumper cables to the bat from under the car. The bigger problem is if you blow the fuse to your popers for some reason and even with a full charge can't use them. then you can always go through the trunk.

even with a shaved trunk you could just drill the hole where the key hole used to be and open the trunk lol

buy an optima battery, its kinda hard to drain those. I had my friend borrow mine, he used it on his oldsmobile when his alternator wasnt working, it still got him to school and back. (used it like 30 minutes total, and it still wasnt low)
