heres the link:
http://www.teamforwardmotion.com/tfmtech/j-body/appearance/fogs_and_highs_98-99Z.htm
now i did everything on the instructions but when i tun on my headlights(excluding DLS) i get no lo-Beams. i get the high-beams w/fog lights but then when i turn back to the Lo i get none. now the DRLs still work, but as you know they are not as bright as the actual lo-beams. did i cut the wrong wire? the site says to cut #30 on the black wire and the green/white wire and conjoin it with the other black wire(3 wires connecting together). i used a wire connector similiar to the one littlebill did on the Shiftplus. any help is greatly appreciated.
btw in case the top link doesnt show up here's the other link:

it listed as the relay being closest to the passenger side, not the one in the middle.
"Pop the large relay on the passenger loose from the bumper and remove the electrical tape to access the wiring. The wires to be concerned with are one black and one green/white striped.
Look at the bottom of the relay where the wires are entering and find the numbers stamped on the base. The pole "30" has a black wire, cut this one (there are two so look carefully at the numbers on the relay).
Next cut the green/white stripe wire. After this wire has been cut, tape off the end going into the large relay.
Next you will need to connect the remaining three ends together (two black and one green/white stripe) , I used a "butt connector".
Finally, re-tape the wires and pop the relay back in place. "
also i tried e-mailing them about another question....no answer from them yet.
