Is it like a two piece injected mold or is it just a 1 side mold that is like sprayed or painted on like a fiberglass one? Just wondering because I am very interested in making a Combat kit for my cavy out of urethane.

Injection molded from what I know. Do a search for injection molding, not something someone could do without pricey equiptment. Urethane I believe is melted and then injected into a mold.

In injection molding, plastic granules are heated and "injected" under pressure into metal molds, where the molten plastic hardens into a designated shape. The mold then opens and the newly formed part is removed and inspected, ready for shipment or secondary manufacturing operations.
