this is for anyone that has done the conversion....doe the cavalier fenders us the same holes as the sunfire fenders?? I can get all of them to line up except the first one )closest to the headlight....there is another hole there but it has nt been threaded yet.
any help would be great.

Fenders are the same. Not sure why your fender is not lining up. Is it the same for both sides or just one where that bolt hole does not line up?
both sides are the same way....there is a hole there but it has not threads.....it is about .5-.75" different than where the sunfire fender bolted up to.

Either cars ever in a front end collision? Impact could have moved the holes a bit?
Rig something up to make it work, has to be a way.
