i want to get black headlights corners and bumper lights but i cant find the bumper lights on ebay? anyone know what to search for. they have a lot of different names. also the projector lights that come up.....can i just use my normal bulbs and everything for them? they are the same just black? any help would be appricheated.

1) projectors suck w/o hids. the lighten out put is garbage and driving in the rain is like driving w/o the wipers on
2) i dont believe they make bumper lights in black, you would have to custom make them
I could have swarn I say black bumper lights on ebay awhile back.....
search for "cavalier lights"..... you'll get a lot of hits, but if there are any on ebay, they'll show up.

as far as i know they havent made the bumper lights in black yet. the one that i think skilz has were custom made by him. and any other ones were custom made. cuz im looking for some too cuz i just got the black corners and black projectors.

two things...
black bumper lenses are hard to come by. would be easier to get euro clear ones and just take them apart and paint them. can do the same thing with the corners.
DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY MEMBER BUMIMOTO!!!!!!!!! He'll just BS you and try to keep you're money. I bought a set of black corners off him. day after i paid he said they were returned to the manufacturer due to poor quality. he told me i could either wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund and he never gave it to me and stopped contact with me. Had to take it through Paypal. Only took them a day to get me my money back. I'm not the only JBO member to have that problem with Bumimoto either.

same thing happened to me about the same story. i told him i wanted a refund and he said ok it would take a few weeks. i waited a month and nothing, then i emailed him twice and he never replied. then i told him i'll just take the matter up with ebay. funny the next day i got an email from him and a week later i got my refund check

well if you want to get technical about it, they never really made black corners either. just some guys had the smart idea of opening up clear corners and even stock corners and painting them black. and yes i have seen a few black bumper lenses for sale before.

^ exactly! thats why ebay is the only place you can ever find them. prove ME wrong! i've already seen ebay clear corners that looked exactly the same as my old friends stockers that he took about and made black himself.
as for the black bumpers, yea i've only seen them on ebay and it has been awhile since i've seen them. so i'm not even going to bother. though it wuold be funny to see a type-r decal on your car.

i think there is a group buy on right now for hid's, around 300 usd i believe, you'd recieve the bulbs and ballasts, they would plug into your stock harness, you'd mount the ballast somewhere (little box) and and that would be it, The light output is far superior then halogen bulbs and you wouldn't lose your high's due to the fact you have 2 seperate bulbs for high and low, just your highs will suck compared to your low beams, you wont need the highs anymore

There are some cars that use projectors with stock bulbs like the celica......... Maybe you can get those projectors and do your own projectors with your stock headlights..........
and the light output of a celica is very good...
