i am tring to see if some one could take my stock 03 cav headlights and clear them, then cover the back in Carbon fiber. if someone could do this please tell me who and how much and how i can get ahold of the person
getting them open and clearing them yourself is pretty easy.. but i don't have any suggestions on the carbon fiber part..
you could try getting some of that fake carbon fiber vinyl, and line the housing with it, but I don't know how the heat from the lights would effect it.. (i'm cheap like that tho! haha)

im working on getting c/f bezels for you 03-05 cavi owners. i need either a donated set that is not damaged, or i may purchase a set just to take out the bezels. what i need is to make the bezel SMOOOOOTH in order for the c/f to look perfect. as stock, the bezels have a texture to them. i need that part smooth. so anyway, ill keep you informed as soon as i get a set and get it smoothed down in order to start making c/f ones.

i'll be willing to give you a set of 95-99 cav lights to do something like a. jones's headlights

those were very amazing. he did a fantastic job. i am not sure if i am willing enough to do a job such as that. im trying to get more like a production thing going where i get the orders and can get the product out within the same week. the projector headlights are fun to build, but it just takes so much money and TIME to build them. as soon as more and more people learn how to build them, the orders will be coming in less and less. whiteboy will be coming out with some soon, so he could help out too. also i dont want to step on anybodies toes. hell, im not even a business. i still have a 50 hour/week job i go to and have no time for myself because of these projector headlights. i now have tools and machines to complete clear lenses, clear taillight lenses, molds, bezels, reflectors, well just about anything you want. i have a great business relationship with my c/f guy and he is willing to do quite a bit of work for me as long as i keep the orders up. so in order to do that, i must keep coming out with new products, and also keep them inexpensive.
wow, do i know how to ramble on. anyway mike, to answer your question, i am sorry but i am not able to do that. i would need ALLOT of orders for that request to give a good (descent) price. if you want one for yourself and want it wrapped, i could ask and see what he will charge for you. just let me know man.
