i dont have any pictures yet, but as best as i can describe I have a gap on the outside corner near the clear corner headlights.... I have a sunfire with a cav front, changed the rebar to cavy front and it has 2 rubber bumper supports on it but it doesnt support the outside of the bumper.. any ideas?

also i have z3 fibreglass fenders...

well when i took my crush guard off there was the main part in the middle and there was a little on on each side of the main one to support the corner. you sure the kit is fitted on right?

Thats the problem right there(not saying this happens all the time) but Ive seen numorous people with this kit combo and the fiberglass Z3 fenders have that problem at that same spot.. Post pictures of your problem and I can probably help you out with it.

although we did rebuild the fenders they were @!#$ made out of some gelcoat.... had to refibreglass them
