Hey,
So I know there are lots of you that think that body kits that go over the stock cover are crappy - if ur one of them, what are your reasons???
I was thinking about getting the full razzi kit for the '04 sunfire but I wanted to know, by people that have it...
1. Hows the fit???
2. How did you put it on, what did u use, and has it stayed on good???
3. How did u work your exhaust so it didn't hurt the rear (i read something on the razzi site saying you had to keep the heat away from it)
4. Have you ever just like bumped into something and what was the damage (I wondering if it being ABS if when u hit something it gets really banged up or what)
5. Any pics???
TIA
-Seth

your welcome
I put one on for a friend here, and it didn't give me any real problems, it fit very well. The only thing that I kinda didn't like was how the side skirts fit on, they kinda bulge out past the door peice, and it you can tell its double layered. The front fit on snugely, and I didn't use anything other than the 1" double sided tape to keep it on there, but for the rear, I slathered it up with epoxy just incase. Any more questions feel free to ask.

i have one on my car.
1. fit is flawless, although you will have to obviously put your front plate on top of the kit, if your state requires it
2. the kit comes with the required stuff to put it on - screws for the door sills and fender wells, and for the rest, silicon adhesive (tube of goo)
3. the stock exhaust would almost surely work with the kit, and my dual exhaust fits right in the slots designed for the kit. as long as youre not blasting exhaust gases right onto the kit itself, your fine. exhaust tips or pipes close to the kit are not an issue.
4. i've scraped the front fender on speed bumps and driveways. you cant see the scraping, the kit is sesigned with a lower lip that takes all the beating and is almost impossible to see unless youre under the car. i accidentally sideswiped a concrete cub, and it just scraped the paint off the kit. no visible damage to kit material.
5. my cardomain page, look in my profile.
I know how to search Ozzie - I didn't want to go stalking people and asking them questions.
Just wanted to find other people that might have put them on or had experience with them like...John (thanx) ^^^
John - how do u mean they bulged out past the door piece???

The razzi portion of the side skirts is made to fit over the stock sideskirts, it basically caps over it. So naturally, its gonna stick out just a little. Its not bad, I'm not so sure the untrained eye would notice.

I never knew that stick on body kits were available. Wizkiddrummer mentioned this for a fire. Does anyone know if these are available for Cavi's??
Thanks,
Peace Out!
o.k., checked the Razzi site and the Cavi pics are really small. Can someone help me out with better pics
Thanks,
Peace Out!
