where can i get a z24 front bumper insert plate?

i noticed a few people have those insert plates that you put in the license plate hole in the front of the z24 bumpers.

wondering where i can get one?

i cant find anything on ebay, and for gmpartsdirect.com, you need a part #.

does anyone else know what it would be called on ebay or the part # for it?
