First of all.. how did you attach the bumper by those parts that come up by the headlights? I am working on doing that right now and would like some ideas
When I attach the front bumper to the fenders, and they are pretty much all bolted onto the car, it creates a headlight gap. I don't have the middle support to hold the front up yet, but if I pull the bumper up in the front to where it should be to get rid of the headlight gap, it causes the bumper to angle upward in the front and the part of the bumper where the wheel well liner would go gets way to close to the wheels because is is forced to angle downward. Did anyone elsehave this problem or is it just me
I have been working on this for a LONG time now and am not having too much luck getting it all lined up. I don't care that there is paint on it because it was free as an early xmas present ( i told them not to paint it yet but oh well ).
Anyways any tips on how you got your bumper to align right everywhere would be great!
Thanks
Shaun

i think it all has to do with the companys mold and how its made. Yours being one of the first 03+ BC2 fronts being made it may need to be tweaked by the company who made it to fit proper. I have an original kit and it fits like a glove, no modification needed.
yeah thats what i kind of figured. Sucks to be the first sometimes but oh well.. It will be fixed with a good bit of work.
Thanks
