Too many holes, and all it does is add drag. I've never seen one on ANY car that I've liked. But its your car, do what you like.

I would say, please don't do that..but like Shifted said, it's your car.

i thought that was only in NFSU....but it is your car.....do what you like though.....if you like it then go for it......

I'm not a fan of non-functional scoops, they just add drag and, in my opinion, they often don't look good. If you're going for more of a show car and you're looking for lines to match up, why not? But its your car and you should do what makes you happy.

Blown.

i have one, and i dont care if it adds drag, its not like my car goes over 60 mph, so i doubt its harming my car in any significant way.. everyone told me not to do it, and i still did it, but its up to u

^^^are you serious? could you post or send me some pix? not that i am interested, but i would love to see what it looks like.

as for the subject, it is all up to you. drag, other peoples opinions, non functional, i dont care about any of this. as long as it is something you want to do, please do it. it will either make you feel much better, or you will learn a great lesson from it. good luck with what you do, and please keep us updated in "photos and media".

so what exactly do you mean by functional?
it blew tons of air onto your head?
cus i mean just cus it has a function doesnt really mean its "functional" by car tuners standards
i mean i cud slap a gigantic fake hood scoop on my car and say i want the drag to help slow me down and that would be as functional as a roof scoop
anyways i kinda like the look of it on some cars
looked into it for my car and decided to do some other things first

That's just hideous.

Orlandomon, yours was done quality, but I still don't think it works. It needs to blend back slowly into the roof without the quick drop off.

the one i was looking at was alot smaller than that one, and lined up with the ram air hood im getting....
Re: roof scoop

Well, fake roof scoops kinda make no sense. If they are fake, they'll just add drag. If they are functional, you'll always have air inflow into your car no matter if its raining, snowing, etc. Roof scoops are only really meant for cars on the track, are they not?

not everything on our cars has to have a purpose. do body kits make ur car faster? does ur PONTIAC on ur windshield have a purpose? or is it just so people actually know its pontiac since its so wildly modded? nope, as long as we like what we do to our cars, who cares if its functional or not. not trying to bashu, just trying to get a point across.
