Does Non- Touch Free car washes scratch Paint?

I assume that touch free is the way to go if you don't want to scratch paint, cause I been using the non-touch free car washes and been noticing lot's of light scratches, so I decided to ask.

It shouldn't. Not unless the pressure washers are spraying too hard..

Yes the car washes with the drape brushes(for lack of a better word) have been known to leave fine scratches in your paint.

i went through a touch-less once (no brushes) and it did a CRAPPY job of cleaning my car... i pulled out and ran my finger along the door and the difference was black and white!!
never goin through one again... i only go through car washes during the winter/colder season... otherwise, i enjoy washing my car by hand!

expect when you discover rock chips or dings or scratches... thats sucks.... lol
