I assume that touch free is the way to go if you don't want to scratch paint, cause I been using the non-touch free car washes and been noticing lot's of light scratches, so I decided to ask.
It shouldn't. Not unless the pressure washers are spraying too hard..
Yes the car washes with the drape brushes(for lack of a better word) have been known to leave fine scratches in your paint.
don't use them wash your car by hand all the time the touch less car wash's leave fine scrachs

they dont have those in touch-less car washes hence the name "touch-less"
i went through a touch-less once (no brushes) and it did a CRAPPY job of cleaning my car... i pulled out and ran my finger along the door and the difference was black and white!!
never goin through one again... i only go through car washes during the winter/colder season... otherwise, i enjoy washing my car by hand!
expect when you discover rock chips or dings or scratches... thats sucks.... lol
