I know all third gen bumper's are the same. I'm currently looking to do a 95-99 z24 rear bumper, and side skirt's to my 01'. Does the rear just fit right back in place or will I have to change filler plate's or crush gaurd's? If anybody has pic's of there old to new bumper's post em' up or e-mail them to me at day97.1@netzero.com.

95-99 bumpers have the tail light filler plates seperate from the bumper. 00+ have them connected. so to answer your ?, yes you would need the filler plates.

wrong. the 03+ have the filler plates attached. my 01 z24 filler plates are seprate

i believe you need that black piece too that goes under the 1/4 panel

im pretty sure my bumper is a 02 and it has the plates attached.

The plate is not attached on any rear bumper from 95-99. The plate is not attached on some rear bumpers after 99, on the 00 models and not on others. I have seen them both ways.

Just curious? Have you ever taken your back bumper off?? I know they look like they are seperate, but they are connected.... at least on all the 00+ I have seen they were. Not calling you a liar, I guess I just havent saw one before that are seperate.

I would double check and make %100 sure that way you can pick them up when you get the bumper just to save time and the hassle.
