Hey everybody,

I've opted after hearing what the body shop close to me wants to charge me to install my lambo kit I got, to install them myself with the help of friends. I called yesterday for a price and they said $2000.00 and it would take three weeks. I asked why, they said they make them open all the way. Didn't some one on the org fab a kit that allowed their kit to open 90 degrees? I couldn't find the post again. I'd like to find out how they did it and if it cost $2000 .

Z2Flip4 has a 90 degree door, but the hinge has to be designed for it, I don't think you can make a regular lambo hinge into a 90 degree hinge, at least not easily, which is why they quoted you so much. I'd just buy a 90 degree kit for that price.

hey i have installed 9 lambo kits ill be happy to help you install it and i have a heated garage and live in sterling heights, michigan. don't know where you live though, lemmie know if you need help as i will be happy to do it.
