VHT Nightshades question?

Alright how legal is this....it looks friggin sick i wanna get it but worried about gettin tickets all the time...anyone have it done and can tell me if they get harrassed or not....especially if your in massachusetts?

as long as it lights up red then your fine. nightshade is just a tint, it looks black but when the brakes are applied it still shines red, therefor making it legal

Technically I don't believe it's legal on any public street... BUT if you don't do too drastic of a tint (like black) then you most likely won't have any issues with the cops.

I don't believe it is legal for street use, but like jason said, as long as you don't go too dark you should be aight. I've heard 2-3 light coats still allows plenty of light through. If you go too dark, you can simply sand off some layers. I plan on doin mine soon.

You can make them look completely black and a good amount of red light will still show through.

If you do 2-3 coats, you'll still have some red reflector showing, and this still gives you a comeback to the cop that says you can't see any reflector.

If you go beyond 2-3 coats, it's less likely to show the red reflector, and you'll really only see the light when you brake.
