ok i ordered a blitz style body kit off ebay and the rear bumper dont fit worth crap. My question is has any one else had this prob? the sides bolt on but there is a space between the bumper and the trunk lid large enough for me to fit my fist in! I am not in a huge rush to get it done because i am using my old bx style rear bumper.
finders keepers losers suck!!
the drift rear is known for the rear sag. every drift rear does that. in order to fix it, get some L brackets and mount them to the bumper support so when you put the rear back on the middle will rest on the L brackets
i have the same bumper mine was terriable.. mine actually pointed up instead of sagging. Just line up the sides the best you can and go from there. dont try to compensate or anything on the sides.
Mine had to be screwed down and then fiberglassed over the whole back of it. Alot of people use L brackets and they work great too if done right
I know that fiberglass kits usually need work to get a great fitment, but your problems started off with buying the kit off of Ebay ... Unless it was from like a Gravana or RK Sport garage sale.
every drift rear has this problem. ive never seen a drift rear that doesnt sag. even when street-weapon was around (lol im really showing my age) i believe theres sagged too and they were one of the first companies to come out w/ that kit
i am goin 2 try the l brackets firs, it seems like a good idea, and then go from there

werds on that my drift rear fitted like @!#$!

Same here. Couple of screws into the crush panel fixed that.
