I have a 1996 sunfire and my passenger door, everytime I open it, it rubs against front fender, about 8-10 inches up from where the fender starts, its just hitting in a small spot but it makes this annoying banging sound everytime I open or close it,
any idea how to give it clearance necessary?
stop opening and closing it, you'll jack up the front lip of the door and the fender. you can slide the fender forward some usualy. there are a couple bolts on the bottom of the fender, and some more under the hood.
