Toyota Cavalier tails

I am following the instructions, i cut the white wire, and am trying to do this install, is there a different socket i need to install this, casue i only have 3 wires coming from my car to my tail socket. Im a little confused, because when i attach the 194 bulb, to my turn signal, i get a fast flash. Any help, is there a more clear write up?

hmm, maybe that is the problem...I dont have toyo tails, i have 95 tails.....the ones with a 194 on the outer.. and im making a custom set up that allows me to make the 194 a turn signal. Im guessing a need a load capasitor because of the 194 bulb........is there any way to get around buying a load capacitor?

You don't have to cut the white wire for the turn signals. I ran two wires under the dash one lite blue and one dark blue. I tapped the lite and dark blue wires coming out of the fuse box for the front turn signals. I used the white wire for the high mounted brake light for the brake signal. That way no cutting involved and you can return to stockers anytime.
