looking for pics of peoples painted, polished, or what ever they did to the IDI covers. I am looking into doing mine so I want to see what I can expect. thanks

painted semi gloss black and polished.. no clear.. i need to redo tho. used a dremel at to high of rpm and it left some divets.
This is what it looks like now. It's off the car right now, awaiting a sanding, a stripdown of the paint. and a polish. so no more red. But still. it looks decent like this.
hand polished and painted. Taped over the letters and peeled off to reveal.
