I've been seeing a lot of people posting, asking for part numbers for these parts, plus the parts to put them in, so I figured I'd get them all in one post. just trying to be helpful.
important! if you are trying add on the Z24/LS Sport front and rear lips to your base model Cav, you don't have the slots for the tabs on the lips to go through. you either have to cut them out, buy Z24/LS Sport bumpers, buy the whole setup complete, or do some fancy bodywork and mold them in.
from what I gather, the only Z24 to get the lips and side skirts was the '02. this is also the last year of the Z24 and the first year of the Ecotec LS Sport. in 03, the Cav got a makeover. the "lips" were molded into the bumper, so if you want 03+ lips, you need the whole bumper.
one last thing. when I had to replace my front lip due to it being ripped off by a chunk of carpet on the freeway, I found out that the fender liners on the 02 are different between the base model, and Z24/LS Sport.
'02 Z24 and LS Sport:
12335536 front bumper lip.
12335571 rear bumper lip (driver's side).
12335572 rear bumper lip (passenger's side).
12463297 side ground effect (driver side).
12463298 side ground effect (passenger side).
22605364 fender liner (driver side).
22605365 fender liner (passenger side).
22688427 retaining clip (for the tabs on the Z lips, I think there's about 25 or more of these total.).
'03+ LS Sport:
12335630 rear bumper cover
22699446 front bumper cover (I'm unsure of this, came from gmpartsdirect.com)
misc:
15958694 retainers (the rivet style with the push-in center piece, also works with the JDM trunk lid carpet)
22575604 02- Right side filler panel (under the taillight, for 03+ to 02- conversions).
22575605 02- Left side filler panel (under the taillight, for 03+ to 02- conversions).
the only thing I could not find are the 03+ LS Sport side skirts and mounting hardware, even on gmpartsdirect.com. if someone wants to post those up, that would be great.

so those are for the lip you have on your car?
whats the best way to find where to make the slits on the bumpers to mount these lips?
just dont want to cut up my bumpers then find out they dont line up.
if you have the lips, just use them as a template. I have my old front bumper in the back yard. I'll try to get pics up soon.

i have a 03 lssport cavy and i wanna get the wings west w lip kit...do i need the 02 bumpers to make the kit work or can i get 03 stock bumpers????

The question has come up on NEJBODY before - how to cut the holes in the front or rear bumper if your existing Z24 bumper does not already have the "slits" needed to accept the LS Sport lip and retainer clips.
My thought was to use one of those wood shop tools that you make a groove to glue a "biscuit" in to join two edges of wood together. I have not tried it, but the cut seems like the right size for the holes.

but just so everyone is on the same page... the '02 Z24 and the LS Sport had the same lips. If you took out the LD9 of the Z24 and put in the Ecotec, you'd have an LS Sport. I'm just trying to make people aware of this, so when they call around trying to find the lips, they have a better chance knowing what vehicles they came from.

if you are wanting to use the lip kit for the 00-02 then yes you need the 00-02 bumpers
unless WW has a 03-05 lip kit , that i dont know about
if you lived closed , id trade you bumpers , i want the 03-05 ls sport bumpers

Only the RH Part Number works, the LH Part Number doesn't work.
are the rear bumpers for the 95-02 and 03+ the same size and shape? (ie. If I used a 02 Z24 lip with the tabs cut off will it fit my 04 rear?)

The 00-02 Razzi lip kit is a bumper cover. I do not know if the stock 02 Z24/LS Sport lip would even fit underneath it. I do know you would not be able to see it with the razzi kit on. Also a sidenote the razzi kit requies cutting up your stock bumper for it to fit. I had it on my car. If you want pics email me.
