03-05 Sunfire rear conversion
Monday, April 10, 2006 8:01 PM
Ive got a 98 Sunfire GT, and was pondering on weither or not to convert the rear to a 03-05 look. I assume i would need taillights, the trunk filler, and bumper, as well as reverse lights. Is that all i would need to make it a bolt off and bolt on afair or are there other things needed? It would be just a normal rear bumper, as i dont have a kit, and might not due to snow, and the car is an all seasoner. If i did the conversion, i would get the RKSport rear CF filler, and the TYC Black altezza lights to go along with it.

you cant just get the rksport filler..........its actually just a cover.

you will need taillights......
the trunk filler piece..........about 300 bucks
the bumper
the crush guard

it is possible........simple bolt on bolt off

^^^ I'd just recommend the stock pieces for fitment purposes...

And I second the "simple bolt on bolt off" as it's the same trunk lid, same bolt patterns, etc.
