Ok I got a family friend that is willing to install and paint my Bomex kit, only problem is he says he dosent like painting after market fiberglass cause the paint dosent always stick well and peel off in like 2 years. Anyone with this kit had an issue with the paint peelin off?

no. he doesnt know what he is doing if he can only paint f/g to last for 2yrs.. he may kno how to paint but he doesnt know enough to adapt to the fiberglass.. does he primer fiberglass? cuz if he thinks he could get away without it thats his problem.. I've never heard of anyone having those kinda probs painting fiberglass.. with prepping it right.

I had to bomex kit and never had that probelm.. if he thinks its going to peel i would take it to someone that knows how to paint on f/g

i went to school for collision repair we did a 12 piece widebody on a a 00 civic SI hatch paint is still on the car fiberglass is fiberglass its all in the prepwork stay away from that guy you're better off doing yourself of call me 507 213 6012 (joshua)
