Can anyone tell me how to remove the side molding on a 03 cav? will it leave a mark from where it was? or like will paint peel? how can i take it off?

as for your 03, you shouldn't have to worry about paint fade or peeling. best bet is to just take off one small piece, step back and see if there's any fade. if there is, and you don't like it, you can just put that small piece back on.
