Okay, first off, if this is in the wrong forum mods please move! I was having issues with my 02 headlights not switching to bright mode. When I would flip the switch, my DRL would flash and send my SES light(the little wrench on the dash). I switched to the 95-99 headlight conversion, wired them directly up like the STICKY says, and they still don't work. If I ground the power wire out the bulbs light up. But from in the car, all I get is parking lights. I don't know if the switch is bad, the BCM is messed up, or the DRL relay has something to do with it. I have traced most of the wiring all the way up to the junction box in the engine bay, and none of the wires are frayed. I also checked threw the dash(removed entire dash) and still no frays,pinches,etc. Fuses are fine as well. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

check and make sure your left and right headlight fuses aren't blown.

Both the fuses are fine, and the switch that controls the lights,emergency flashers,etc. is new. It even works on my friends car, just checked it. Im thinking there is either a wire from the switch to the bcm or out to the headlights that is messed up, dunno, they all look fine.

Check the wires in the plug under the battery.
