From what I've read on the forums, people just make them. Someone on here has a great write-up on how to make them.. can't remember who though, sorry.

finally got these done and put on the car, the headlights still need some adjustment, i was in a bit of a hurry when i installed. also i'm undecided if i want to leave the amber bulb in for the turning signal, damn near makes it look like factory again lol. anyways here they are, i'm pretty satisfied with the way they turned out.

let me try this again....

Get something like the Silverstar bulbs, or one of the other chrome bulbs. They'll still have the amber color when they're on, but you won't see it when they're off.

Unfortunately, Sylvania doesn't make the Silver Star signal bulbs anymore (the ones that were blueish purple when off and amber when lit). The ones they make now are blue when off and white when lit.

I would recommend Stealth Auto's chrome amber bulbs. They're a bit pricey, but well worth it. They also have a lifetime guarantee. They are the best chrome amber bulbs out there. I have them in the front and rear turn signals on my Vibe and I couldn't be happier with them.

That's weak. Oh well, they weren't the cleanest chrome ones, but the light output was good on them. I don't remember the brand of the ones I had in my Cav, but they were pure chrome with no coloration, but since it was the glass that was amber (not a coating), they were very amber when lit. They were not even close to the cost of those stealths. I think mine were like $7.95/pair for the 3157s and $3.95/pair for the 194s.

I know! I was looking around for the Silver Star signal bulbs for my Vibe last year and that's when I discovered they had quit making them. The Stealths are expensive, but they do have the lifetime guarantee which is why I ended up getting them. I had ones in my Sunfires from Pilot Automotive that were good, but again, they quit making them. That pretty much only left the cheap crappy ones on eBay. I did order some from eBay originally, but when they arrived and the package said they had a "siver" coating I knew they were going to be crap. The light output was terrible. I decided as much as I didn't want to shell out $50.00 for two pairs of the Stealths, I also wanted quality bulbs that weren't going to catch on fire or something so I bit the bullet and bought them . As I said before, I love them. The light output is great and the coating is great. Perfectly chrome when off and light up just like a regular uncoated amber bulb when lit.
