Hey, i am goin to help install a friends streetfire kit, I was just wondering what does everyone use for the install of the side panel? do you glue it on? i;m sure i can get the skirts on but its panel i;m worried about doing properly...
thanks for all your help, and don;t be shy to leave any other suggestions about installing this kit properly
is it going on a cav or fire?? for a cav, you may have to drill some holes for the door skins. thats why i got rid of my set. they wouldnt hold with 3m tape
if its a fire, i believe the stock door skins match with it

its going on a sunfire, and ya i wanna know what will hold the door skins on, u mentioned 3m tape.. will that hold?
no, but the fire already has door skins on it stock, so the mount points will be the same. you can either leave the stock skin, or swap to the new skin. theres clip bolts into the door for that. 3m tape wont work

Depends on the year and type of Sunfire. The GTs have the door skins that should work and I believe the older years have the same basic skin as the older GTs. If you have a different Sunfire then you'll probably have to drill holes or use alot of double sided tape. Try checking for people who have installed the kit with the skins and see if you can get ahold of any of them.

only the sunfire GT's and the 03+ sunfires have the door skins stock. all 95-02 SE's don't have that piece.
