Exhaust APPEARANCE

I see fit to post this here due to the nature of the question... move it if necessary.

I'm in the market for a new exhaust, and I'd rather stay away from having a shop do a full custom setup for me (bad luck; my area sucks for good garages). At this point, I want something ATTRACTIVE; something that doesn't jutt far out from the back bumper, something that doesn't have a huge canister or a tip that could swallow my hand, and something that has a good sound to it. I really don't have a lot of care toward flow; I just want the note and I want a system that will last and look good.

My first thought was the Non-RK Magnaflow system; however, $600 is a tad too pricy. Second off was the Borla catback, but my car sits down on Sportlines and I'm sure a shop would screw up the reweld. Last, I've heard a lot of good about the Vibrant catback, but from what I can tell, the tip sticks out past the bumper (looks f*ckin RETARDED imo) and is also angled downward; I want something that looks like a mildly more aggressive form of the stock exhaust... or even dual-tips would work, but I don't wanna go with a generic muffler that will hang friggin low.

So, that said, any suggestions?

Suck, squish, bang, blow... muahahahaha!!

I have a flowmaster 40 series, it has a very distinct tone. They also have slanted tips, which look cool.

As I said prior to, I'm kinda interested in just a straight bolt-on system with as minimal bending/welding as possible... I'm not too worried about mandrel bends or anything like that, but a catback would be my best bet; the less a shop has to fabricate/alter, the happier I am.

You can buy all of the piping yourself (usually about $7/foot) and just clamp them together. If you put the setup together, clamp it in place and if it looks good and fits good take it to the shop, they'll probably weld it up pretty cheap if it's already laid out.
