carbon fiber?

Just thought up an idea earlier today. What about a carbon fiber hood latch, ( the long rod that holds up the hood ), I think it would be a nice extra show look to it. Real carbon fiber, not just a carbon sticker. Post what you think on the idea.

It would crack off everytime you shut your hood.

Nevermind, thought you meant the rod the holds the hood down into the latch.

lol, thats stupid as hell........who looks at the hood prop unless you ahve a sign that says "look at the hood prop"

At big car shows, And your being judged, they look at more small details than the big ones, because in my opinion, the small things you do makes the car, the little details you do, makes people appreciate the car more. But I accept your opinion, everybody has their own taste, but thanks for the input.

Also, just on a side note, think it would be a nice touch to a carbon fiber hood.
