how can i fix this and get it clear again? I couldn't find a hole or crack anywhere but water got in it somehow and now its all cloudy? Anyone know a way to fix this?
got a leak in the sealant sumwhere.. take em apart and reseal.. mise paint em black to while u at it
Take the bulb out and use a hair dryer to blow hot air inside the housing. This should get rin of the condensation. Then check the seal on the bulb itself to see if it has any cracks. Next run a thin bead of silicone around the outside of the headlight clear plastic. This should seal any small openings.

This is exactly how I fixed mine when I had condensation in them. You probably don't need to seperate the lens from the housing if the lenses are still clear, and the condensation doesnt leave a film. Its not that big of a deal to open them, but its a lot easier to just reinforce the existing seal than to scrape it off and create a new one. Just be careful when you apply the silicone that you dont get it on the face of the lens.
best way for me is to take the lense apart, clean everything off and let it sit out in the sun for a day to completely dry. then just reseal the whole thing
Don't take the lens off...do exactly as Mykeln said. I've done that numerous times and it's ALWAYS fixed the problem. Also, when you put the bulb(s) back in, run run a bead of di-electric gel along the base of the socket (where it meets the headlight housing.)
