I snagged 1hotZ ( mark A)'s old prostock off him tonight... I know these are designed to line up with your stock spoiler holes.. So my car didn't come with them or the bolts to hold the spoiler in place. I am not too worried about driling the holes for the spoiler, I just have no clue on the length of bolt that i am going to need. I was rummaging through left over parts from my body kit install, and i found some bolts that are the correct thread size, but are way too long. How long are the stock bolts for the spoilers? I don't want to get one thats too long, over thread it and crack the wing on the opposite side...
thanks in advance.
i would think a 1-2" long bolt would work. i havent taken mine off but in the trunklid i got in my basement the nuts on the inside dont look to be threaded really deep.. there end of the threads only come down prolly 1/2" from what it looks like..
