A couple related questions...

I will be putting an 00-02 Sunfire SE front bumper on my 97 Sunfire SE. I know you need the crush absorbers when switching from SE to GT, but do you still need them when going from SE to SE but different years?

What is the GM part number for, or where else can I get, the turn signals/fogs on the 00-02 SE front bumper? (I am talking about the circular lights). I don't want to sound like an idiot, but are the side markers the turn signals and the circular front lights are fogs, or are the circular lights the turn signals? The bumper I am buying does not have them.

Well on my 02 sunfire sedan.... i have circular turn markers and then theres square side markers(which i took out after the body kit)..... as far as fog lights there are none.

Ok so that helped me determine the circular lights are turn signals and the side lights are just side markers...so I need to know the GM part number for the turn signals on an 00-02 Sunfire SE front bumper. Also will my 97 SE crush absorber work with the 00-02 bumper?

The crush guard may fit or it may not. You could pick up a new one from GM which would cost you a arm and a leg. You might luck out and get one from the wreckers. But why not get your 00-02SE bumper and try and fit it on the car first? I went from 00GT to 00-02 SE so I could use the RK front valance. All I did was first got the bumper. Then I test fit it. And I just trimmed my stock crush guard a little until it fit properly. Saved a wack load of money and you would be supprised on how little it may need to be trimmed. Just trim it. Test fit. trim a little more. test fit. If you dont feel comfortable doing that. Try the wreckers to get one.
