I used to have a web site that sold a carbon fiber tail light filler for an 02 Sunfire, but my computer tanked and I lost the web page. Anybody out there know where I can get one?

theyll fit the 95-05 if im not mistaken
Ummmm 03-05 and 95-02 used different style lights and bumper, so unless you change your 02 light and bumper as wel you can't use an 03-05 filler panel. No one I know of makes a C/F filler panel for pre -03 fires.
From what ive heard, that panel is some sort of overlay too i guess, so you'd have to have the stock one as well.
I have the stock one, but I want to paint that area the same colour as the car and my paint guy isn't too comfortable about how the stock one is going to hold up. It needs a fair amount of sanding and filling to make it smooth...

my stock trunk panel is painted, along with many other peoples'. mine has been painted for about 2 years now, and i havn't had a single problem with the paint staying on.
