hey guys, i just finished painting my door handles. I used the same paint i had used for the inside. Vinyl paint.. worked really good for the interior. I was wonderin if i should put clear coat over it or just leave it the way it is. I'm scared if i put the clear coat over it. it might peel the paint off. what do you guys think?
no primer or sanding and vinyl paint on the outside? im not too sure on that.....i for one would rather use some paint i can clear coat...especially since hands and elements get to it everyday... hmmm hope it holds out well...i sanded, primed, dupli colored and then threw on some clear coat for mine...i used the clear coat for the rims u can buy and it looked really good and made it gloss up real nice compared to normal lacquer...no scratches peeling flaking or whatever for me...protection is always good
