Okay I have started to mold in a lip, yet I am unsure of the best results. To start I sanded with 80 grit then put over a layer of 143 Fusor EXtreme Plastic Repair. After I had sanded it clean I then sanded 80 grit again and applied 114 Fusor Plastic Finishing Adhesive and sanded to a smooth finish. However I am wondering what the mesh is used for? They have a product such as bumper reinforcing mesh with suface modifier. Would it be smart to do this to add strength to the bond? Any help would be great. Thanks
personally in my professional opnion fusor sucks, not a good plastic repair material at all
as long as you went down to the plastic you should be ok i would have lightly ground the plastic and then used panel bond

the mesh you speak of is used to repair cracks and tears or small mising tabs on plastic , not for molding

well 1st you have to remove everything you did for the 3m product to work
right now i can`t think of the numbers off hand , use the automix system 3m the panle bond and the plastic repair
you would also have to buy the applicator gun as well for these are special tubes that only fit in their gun

Yup the same was for the fusor, had to buy a special gun... so far fusor is working for the cracks in the bumper. However when bonding the lip and the bumper does not seem to be working that well.
then you need to find out what type of plastic you are working with
you might be working with the wrong repair material of rthe type of plastic you have
find out what type of plastic you have it should be on the inside of the bumper
look for TEO OR TPO that kind of code
