ok guys i pick up my kit on monday and i just wanted to know if any one can show me a picture of wut i have to do make a 95-99 front bumper fit a 01

It should fit fine except for the headlights. But wait for another answer, i have a fire so my info might be wrong.

you have to sand down the area under the headlights. that way there is rrom for the bigger headlights.

sand...you mean cut. i hav eto cut about 2mm for the lights.

When i did mine i had to cut between 4 and 5mm under the headlights..if i were u i would send it back as it leaves an ugly gap between the hood and bumper. unless u dont mind it or have something planned to put there. ill post some pics of mine when my connection starts behaving.

see how the lip under the lights stop at the end? well on the stock bumper it goes around the conner of the light and closes up the gap a little better



see cut it untill it meets the fender and there is a tiny even gap around the whole light. i had to glass mine up a little because it didnt meet up even. i also made a lip where i cut the bumper so the the light kinda sat on the bumper when mounted. this is up to u but i had to because i could see the ground through the gap under the light. you might wanna practice ur fiber glass skills before u start. it took me around 4 hours to get mine all glassed up. i shouldnt have kept mine and sent it back and got something that i didnt have to modify.
