anyone order anything from them?
i ordered a front bumper from them monday,and so far i haven't had a good experiance. on they site, under 'contact us' they a email form. on that page it says to fill it out and a sale tech. will get back with you in 3 hours. Thats a load of crap!!! and they AIM help. i have yet to get a response though that either. so i call today and a lady answer the phone. i tell her i'm calling check on my order. she tells me to hold. i listen to a song bob marley(can't remember which one) on repeat. i sit through the song about three times, then i pull up AIM and tell them to answer the phone.....click! they hang up on me. i IM them saying that wasn't nice and will call to speak to the manager. i call back shortly after and the lady asks for my info. after i tell her my info. she says it's going to take 10-15 business days. 10-15 business from NJ to GA!!!! at that point i was pist and didn't want say anything to jepradise my order so i saw ok and hang up.
i'm not bad mouthing the conpany, just posting my experiance with so far

10 to 15 business days is a long time?
No its not. My OEM CF Vis hood and fenders took longer then that.
i've ordered several things online, from different conpanies and they all got fairly quikly. a fill kit, shipped from CA got here in a week!!! another order =sides and rear got here in 4days

the wait isn't realy the problem, i can understand that. it's the shisty customer service that's has me a lttle ill

still no bumper and still getting the same $hitty customer service. i managed to get a tracking number, but it's either incorrect or they haven't shipped it. if it don't get any updates tomorrow when i call, me and the bbb are going to have chat.

ordered my front for the 05 fire swap from bomex right at 4 weeks ago- they had to make it. ive been hearing itll be delivered game for about a week now though. its ok- " he no spreeka vewy gewd engwrish" lmao. as for the cav rear end- ha- i counldnt get an answer from andys autosport for over a week, but it came in around 3? maybe?? patience grasshopper!! ( patience my a@#, i wanna kill somthing)
its understandable about the customer service but 10-15 days aint nothing. i waited 4 1/2 months for my bc2 kit.
I NEED a 97-99 LD9 engine harness for an auto.PM if u hav info.!!
