The black filler plate under the tail lights sticks out on my car. There is nothing to bolt them down to the car, I know the stock ones are individual parts but these are hooked to the bumper. Any Ideas on how to hook them down, I tryed 3M tape and that didnt work.

i cant see the pic, so what rear is it?? are the fillers moulded to the bumper?? or are they the stock 95-99 fillers??
isnt there a pin/moulded bolt to the fillers?

There is no bolt thing moulded on there. Its the 02 rear off phils car. Try to see the pics some other way.
ok, then its missing the plastick rear filler piece. there is a bracket(plastic) that goes behind it. there should be 2 slits in the tops of the fillers on the bumper it slides into, then bolts into the hole behind the fillers.
ill try and get a pic for you tonight if needed
theres a thread i posted a while ago with the part numbers as well ill try and find right now

The things are attached to the bumper, I dont think they come off and I dont wana buy new ones. I was thinking about cutting the old ones off and putting them on the newer bumper.
as long as u can secure them on the bottom with plastic weld or something, that should work fine
