There is only one out there and the company RKSport makes it. Its their "Carbon Fiber Bezel". You can find it on different sites like www.aplusperformance.com . It is going to run you about $150 unfortunatly.
With that bezel, you can use it on the 95-05 Cavalier's by the way
or you could the ebay chrome one LOL
i think there is a black one on there too

You're referring to the "Carbon Fiber" tails or the "Altezza" tails they specifically make for the 03-05. Thats an entire set though, two outers and a big bezel that matches them. They aren't bad looking, but for over $300, pretty ridiculous.
