^^ thats what i said.. Brian told me he only sold it for 300.. i was waiting for him to correct himself with 3000.. and then i realized.. damn.. most new aftermarket hoods dont even go for that.. and none of them are one off...

the car has been gone for over a month now. he stripped the whole car and parted it out and sent the frame to the junkyard.

But this has been the hood I have always wanted. Just like most of you. It's a one of a kind and sorry to say this but it will remain a one of a kind.
At first I was going to wait until I had pictures, of course painted, but Mike (TRD 901-Z™) beat me to it.
For now, it sits here waiting, along with some other parts, for me to come up with some extra cash so I can get a whole coplete paint job on the car.

Congrats Kerwin. Yes I am kinda upset about not winning it. my own fault though. the 300 bid i put in was just to place mark it to keep an eye on it. then i wasn't able to get on when the auction was ending.
i am surprised no one else bidded on it. can't wait to see pics of it painted and on the car though.

When I got it, the corners were chipped of. But no biggie, I'll have the body shop fix that. I will keep the scoop silver and have the rest painted black.
