dremal or the oven.

I believe Izntrbl had directions on his site.

Oh, and light ouptput will be less then stock with the clear lense. The lense is like a fernel (sp?) lens for lighthouses. It focus's like in a specific way.

if you just put the clear headlight lenses on your headlights, your light output will be absolutely horrible. the lines on the stock lense is there to actually direct the light to where it is supposed to go. the purpose of the clear lenses is if you put projector headlights in place of your stock headlights, the clear lense will let the light from the projectors through better.

so unless you're putting projectors in, don't put the clear lenses on. get some new stock lenses to replace the ones you messed up.

hey there tim. if you plan on keeping your stock headlight lenses, you can go about removing them by pre-heating your oven to 350'. place your headlight (w/o the mounting bracket) for about 4 mins. then carefully, you will attempt to pry off the lens using flat head screwdrivers. buy doing so, you will possibly crack the edges of the housing, hurting the chance of making a complete and air tight seal when mounting your new clear lens.

another way of removing the stock lens w/o any harsh effects to the housing is putting the headlight in the oven for about 6-8 mins., at 400'-425'. this will warp, shrivel, and ruin your stock lens, but it will come off like butter. very clean, simple, and your housing will not be harmed at all.

now, as for the light output of the clear lenses, i would highly suggest installing a set of projectors. it will look great, and also give you enough and efficient light output you will need.

if you have any questions at all, please either shoot me an email, or ask here. thanks a ton tim!!!
