A different sunfire headlight post.

Well, im sitting here, With a horrible case of medicine head. Just doing a few google searches, random of such. Then i noticed in pictures that the 1997-2001 Honda prelude Headlights appear to be a relative style to Sunfire headlights.

The only rear difference i can see is that where sunfire lights end before the bumper, the prelude headlight continue to the end of there bumper as to where the HL's are. I hope that made sense.

So here what i see...

Kris Ratte's car:

Lude lights:

See the resemblance?

So do you think they would fit?

And even if the headlights themsleved are angled up for any reason, Just remove the lense and mod the assembly to compensate.

with body modification, yes.

it won't just bolt right up and fit like stock. the bottom outside corner of the sunfire headlights are more rounded, whereas the prelude headlights are more square. however, a good body shop could probably get them to fit pretty well.

There's a lady I work with that drives one of those 'ludes. If I can get a parking space next to her's, I'll take a side-by-side comparison photo.

The 'lude headlights are taller than 'Fire's, and a little bit narrower. Not sure if it'll work as a direct swap, but a good idea none-the-less

yes, indeed. but like cannon had said, a good bodyshop could cut just right to make them look good.
but, with about the same amount of money (possibly much less if you contact me), you could clear and projector your stock lights... if that was the look you were going for.

why not just integrate in preassembled prelude projectors w/ your headlights? Prolly be easier than what you are planning.

imo total waste of money if your going to do a headlight swap why not make it look like you did one spend thousands to get the same thing that IZN can make for hundreds

the prelude lights will be more work then you think they are deeper taller and sit on a lot more of an angle then sunfires

LOL, thousands, not likely. The body shop i go to will do the work for $500 including the paint. And i dont want it to look like, "hey there is another moron who half assed a good idea". I see that all the time here.
