projectorheadlights

I have a set of black projectors I bought off ebay . They installed okay but I can't get them aimed right . They do not hit the road properly . barely at all actually . I have tried adjusting them with the headlight level thing. They do not adjust down far enough to hit the road . I am out of ideas. Has anyone else had this problem ? How can I fix it ?

Maybe put some washer under where the screw goes in?

Another one bites the dust....

Buy cheap crap form Ebay.... get cheap crap.

Sometimes the cost for something includes more then just getting the part, but making it work.

i got the projectors from ebay and yea gotta make lots of adjustments to fit them right but they are cheap and they jus dont work right at all. Once they are in great but when you turn them on and try to go drive at night its awful. Cant see anything.

can you put us link to the part on EBAY so we can think about something or someone who had the same problem and fix it?

ebay projectors = halogen bulbs inside of cheap projectors ==== crap output.

Our bulbs were meant to be inside a reflector NOT PROJECTOR headlamp assembly. Again I say do it right or dont do it and complain.

a real HID kit + real projectors = great
a junk HID kit + cheap projectors = random results but never better than the above
a junk HID kit or cheap projectors alone = the suck

I replaced the bulbs with sylvania silverstars . I am not getting the full affect from them because my lights hit the street signs more than the road. How hard is it to just make "real" projectors? What are the parts I will need ?

Even with the cheap projectors, they shouldn't be pointing so high up.

Its could be something wrong with the internals.

To IZN: I still need ot send you this set of projector lenses so you can see wat can be done on the real.
